Village Akhali Dioknisi is settled by people who came from mountainous Adjara in the 90s. The village didn’t have a school and up to 70 pupils went to private house in which the school was arranged. With the financial support of the Ministry and local self government, a wooden cottage was constructed last year. Teaching process has been conducted there since 2013.
According to the decision of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, new school for 150 pupils will be constructed, giving opportunity to schoolchildren to study in a new modern and comfortable building.
