Minister visited Senaki Orthodox School-gymnasium

Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Giorgi Margvelashvili, Metropolitan of Senaki and Chkhorotsku Shio (Mujiri) and businessman Levan Vasadze visited Senaki St. Aleksi Shushania Orthodox School-Gymnasium. 

Minister became familiar with teaching process and held meeting with school teachers. The school has a three-storey modern building. Classrooms, library, assembly hall, sports hall, refectory and medical room are well-equipped. Teaching is conducted in the form of extended teaching day and single meal is provided. Maximum number of pupils in each class does not exceed 18. Currently there are 235 pupils in I-V grades.   

The school was founded in 2010 with the blessing of Metropolitan of Senaki and Chkhorotsku Shio, support of businessman Levan Vasadze, local government and donations.
