Unified National Exams started with examination in Georgian Language and Literature. Examinations are conducted in two sessions. Registration for the first session starts at 08:00 and the examination begins at 09:00. Registration for the second session starts at 14:00 and the examinations starts at 15:00. There are 146 examination sectors in Georgian Technical University. 2181 entrants participate in the first session.
Tests were delivered from police divisions to examination centers at 06:30. More than 10 entrants shall pass tests during the first session in 18 examination centers of 12 cities of Georgia. More than 1800 observers and curators are involved in the examination process. Approximately the same number of entrants shall pass tests on the second session.
Medical rooms supplied with first aid medications are opened in each examination center. An ambulance will be on duty outside. Safety will be provided by the Patrol Police.
Up to 42 000 entrants, more than 8 000 persons wishing to improve grant condition and more than 9500 Master students were registered for Unified Exams 2013.
Majority of entrants – 30 000 – chose English Language. 14 500 entrants chose History as the fourth subject. More than 11 000 applicants wished to pass examination in Geography.
