Today, the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia and International Organization for Migration arranged a conference “Vocational Education Development – Vocational Education Strategy, Professional Orientation and Quality Improvement”.
Acting Minister Tamar Sanikidze , Deputy Minister Ketevan Natriashvili and Head of International Organization for Migration Mission to Georgia Iliana Derilova opened the conference.
New Strategy of Vocational Education and other important issues such as professional orientation, education quality improvement, development and implementation of module educational programes were discussed at the conference.
The Conference was attended by representatives of governmental and non-governmental organizations working on the issues of education, Trade Unions, international and donor organizations, employers. The attendees were actively involved in the discussion of presentations prepared on the important issues concerning vocational education.
