Pupils with high academic performance were awarded in Kakheti and Imereti Regions

First Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Ketevan Natriashvili and Telavi Majoritarian MP Gela Samkharauli awarded 225 10^th graders of Kakheti Region with personal computers. These were the pupils who have successfully completed the basic level (7^th, 8^th and 9^th grades). On the same day, 317 pupils were also awarded in Imereti Region. In total, 1468 pupils are being awarded with personal computers throughout Georgia.

Public school pupils who have completed basic level with 10 point scores (without rounding) in 2013 were defined as the beneficiaries of the Program.

The aim of the pupils’ promotion program is to improve motivation and strengthen technology-based learning/teaching methods. The Project gives talented and diligent adults equal conditions for learning with the help pf modern technologieso
