Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Tamar Sanikidze and Deputy Minister Giorgi Sharvashidze flew to the United States of America for the visit. Tamar Sanikidze and Giorgi Sharvashidze shall participate in International Visitor Leadership Program.

Meetings with American partners are planned. Experience-sharing is an important aspect for the formation of education system. Tamar Sanikidze stated that the visit will encourage deepening of bilateral relations.
