The Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia announces first grade registration for the academic year 2015-2016.
The registration will be carried out in three stages:
Stage 1 – April 23-May 4, 2015
The registration will be carried out at the school. It will be possible to register the pupils:
- with siblings studying at this school;
- with a parent employed at the school;
- with two or more family members getting enrolled in the first grade.
At the first stage, documents required for pupils’ enrolment in educational institutions will be submitted to the school through May 5-13, 2015.
Stage 2 –nationwide online registration. May 15 – June 9, 2015.
The registration will be carried out on the web page of Education Management Information System.
At the second stage, documents required for the registered pupil’s enrolment in educational institutions will be submitted to the school through June 11-21, 2015.
At the first and second stages, in case of failing to submit the documents required for the pupil’s enrolment within the set deadline, registration is automatically cancelled.
Stage 3 – June 22-July 11, 2015.
The registration will be carried out through the database of educational institutions after the submission of only the documents required for the pupil’s enrolment to the places left vacant as a result of Stage two.
Note:
Registration is open only for those pupils whose age is in accordance with the requirements determined by the law.
