The aim of the meeting was to promote capabilities of National Vocational Education Council within the process of development-establishment of vocational education policy. At the informative seminar, which was held in the Georgian Employers Association, EU experts of technical assistance and representatives of Vocational Education Development Department of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia shared the international experience in: successful work of national vocational councils, formation of labor market policy, existing state of Georgian vocational education, working plan of National Vocational Council and thematic working groups.

The informational seminar was also attended by the members of National Vocational Education Council, local and international experts of “Technical assistance for reform of employment and vocational education”, international donor organizations, representatives from the agencies of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia.
