During the meeting new university programs were also presented which are aimed at rising of a teacher’s prestige and ensuring more interest among youth to the profession of teacher.   

The meeting was held in Shota Meskhia State Teaching University in Zugdidi and audience received full information about the scheme of starting of teacher’s work, professional development and career growth, about goals and purpose of new system and what results we can expect from it.

The scheme is serving introduction of qualitative education and is based on the principles of equity and fairness. Except the fact that new scheme will improve qualification of teachers, professional development and career growth, according to the status, there will be reflection on salary of teacher which will become one of the important stimulus for attracting young people to the profession.
