On 20-27 August NGO “Mariani” with the German partners conduct the training course in the office of the organization “The first step to Georgia” for the early intervention specialists of the blind and partially sighted with multiple disorder children.

“Mariani” works on the issue of the education, rehabilitation and social integration of vision impaired people. Its partner among local and international organizations is German Fund - “Tbilisi blind school friends”. The management board representative is also Professor Matthias Westrom.

 The current project is performed with the professor’s cooperation and the fund’s support. The training course is conducted by the experts Marina Strotman, and Simone Pratley, from Munich in Germany.

The training mentioned above will last until the end of the week of the certificates for the participants will be issued by the Marburg educational center for the blind “Blista”.
