The Minister of Education and Science of Georgia, Tamar Sanikidze and Minister of Labor, Health and Social Affairs Davit Sergeenko visited newly rehabilitated N200 public school. School offers modern learning environment with universal design and satisfies all the standards to create proper environment for the children with special needs.
Ministers were introduced to the working process of doctor cabinet work and visited completely rehabilitated canteen. As for the equipment for the canteen, tender is being held.
One of the most important news is that the ministry of labor, health and social affairs will take care of the ratio.
The school yard, residential building and the canteen were completely rehabilitated, Boiler-room and central canalization system have been renewed as well, the rump and the entrance door were fully renewed by the Education and Science Infrastructure Development Agency of The Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia. Total amount of spent money is 1,315 777 GEL.
School #200 provides educational service to 97 special educational needs children, out of 24hour service is given to 65 pupils. A number of projects were implemented by the ministry to support disabled pupils in terms of rehabilitation and as well as providing with all the equipment and household appliances, that is specifically needed to specialized school.
