Rewarding of the excellent pupils continues. Today, the Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Tamar Sanikidze, Tbilisi Mayor Davit Narmania and the Chairman of Tbilisi City Council Giorgi Alibegashvili presented the personal computers to 356 tenth grade pupils of Tbilisi public schools. 

In 2015, in the framework of program for encouraging successful pupils, 1970 excellent pupils will be rewarded throughout the country. Beneficiaries of the program are pupils of public school, who completed the basic level (7th, 8th and 9th grades) in 2014-2015 academic year and their level point is 10 (without rounding).

It is worth mentioning that the Ministry of Education and Science of Georia has been implementing various project for increasing the quality of teaching and learning. Consequently, the number of the excellent pupils is increasing every year. Statistics is as follows:

2013-2014 years - 1629 pupils

2014-2015 years - 1970 pupils
