Millennium Challenge Account - Georgia and the United Nations Women s Organization held a joint event on the strengthening of women s rights principles - Gender equality and businesses: educational institutions and employers to collaborate. Attended the meeting and welcomed the participants the First Deputy Minister of Education and Science Ketevan Natriashvili. In the framework of the event Millennium Challenge Fund Executive Director Magda Magradze and UN Women organization representative in Georgia Erika Kvapilova adapting its representative in Georgia signed a memorandum of understanding.
The main topic of the meeting was the discussion on gender equality and educational organizations and employers contribution to the strengthening of women's rights in the process. Representatives of the business and education sectors were invited.
