These subsequent programs require a great deal of motivation in conjunction with possessing a high level of secondary education.

Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia in conjunction with Ilia State University, supports TV-Media professional education within the academical scope. In particular, a major large-scale renovation has been conducted in terms of equipment and infrastructure for the past two years. The center nowadays has been reset to a modern wide-format educational broadcasting technical devices, the laboratories have been completely refurbished and are now equipped with modern up-to-date gear with contemporary editing facilities.

Owing to the initiative of Prime Minister, modular education is being introduced at the center, thus two modern television studios were arranged. Within the extent of television, there are seven new modular programs ready to be implemented soon. To ensure high quality standards, tutors at the center are actively working together with the representatives of National Center for Quality Enhancement of Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia.

A vocational school is to be opened of strategic importance.
