Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia in collaboration with the Ministry of Defense unveiled the memorial boards for the deceased heroes – Zurab Feikrishvili and George Kirakozashvili in the municipality of Sagarejo, village Didi Chailuri.

Tamar Sanikidze and Tinatin Khidasheli addressed the school teachers and students and talked about the merit of Didi Chailuri for bringing up such heroes. A private soldier of Georgian Armed Forces – Zurab Feikrishvili was killed in the Abkhazian war, whereas The S2 Intelligence Officer Captain of IV infantry brigade artillery division – George Kirakozashvili was killed in the Russian-Georgian war in 2008.

The event, which was completed by a flag-lifting ceremony, was attended by Giorgi Kirakozashvili’s mother.

Similar events will be conducted throughout the country in the coming months.
