Administration Department aims to ensure the proper function of the entire Ministry.

Department

Administration Department affairs mainly involve in the provision of case management, research and evaluation of the work, the implementation of strategic planning and analysis. It is in the Administration Department’s competence to govern the document, providing common procedures in Ministerial decrees, agreements and memorandums. They are in charge of classified records, and the archiving of the documents. They operate with the entry permits, and the evaluation of short and long-term plans for the Ministry. They Coordinate the implementation of the strategic plan for the development process, whilst designing action plans.

Administration Department combines three divisions:

  1. Records Management Division;
  2. Research and Assessment Division;
  3. Strategic Planning and Analysis Division.

Each division has its own field of activity.
