Seoul State University (Seoul National University) offers the international masters and PhD programs in international energy policy studies.

The tuition fees for the above-mentioned programs are fully covered by the inviting party. The program provides a monthly allowance, in conjunction with the flight tickets to South Korea and a student medical insurance.

The deadline for the application is starting from the August 1 to September 8, 2016. The electronic application submission deadline expires on August 31, while the original documentation shall be submitted no later than September 8.
