The Minister of Education and Science – Aleksandre Jejelava met with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education of the Kingdom of Jordan – Muhammad Sneibat and other members of the Jordanian delegation.
The sides presented their current situation, achievements, challenges and prospects in both countries’ educational system, and reviewed every stage of education system and all of the important aspects.
Particular attention was paid to the professional development of teachers, and sharing of experience in this regard.
According to the Jordanian Deputy Prime Minister’s evaluation, Georgia is the leader in the region in terms of conducting educational reforms, and it is their wish to become the leader of their region. Hence, a meeting was scheduled to sign a memorandum of understanding, which will help the two countries to ehnance their relationship. After the meeting, the visitors were taken to Techno Park, where they had the opportunity to inspect FabLab-s – the innovation laboratories.
