Testing for the vocational education programs has started today, at 09:00 am throughout the whole country. Those, applicants who pass a minimum competency testing, will be fully funded by the state, in a state established vocational educational institutions.
The testing process was attended by the first deputy Minister of Education and Science of Georgia – Ketevan Natriashvili.
On the fall session of 2016, approximately 13,000 applicants registered for the testing. The admissions are announced in 35 vocational institutions. Additionally, the vocational testing comprises of vocational skills and subject parts. In order to get the government funding, the applicant must receive a result of more than 25%.
