On November 1, 2016 the fire was caused and unfortunately burnt down the wooden auxiliary building of the public school in Chunchkha village, thus burning down three classrooms, the school library and the science lab. As a result, many books and laboratory equipment was destroyed.
In order to ensure the smooth learning process and avoid any obstacles, the head of the educational resource center, found an alternative space, which was given to the school free of charge by the municipality. In the above-mentioned rehabilitated building, four rooms were given to the school – three rooms are utilized by the primary grades with nine students, and one room was reserved for the teachers. The building is fully equipped with the necessary materials (desks, chairs, boards and etc.). The learning process proceeded without any interruptions. A safe and effective learning environment is created for the teachers and students alike.
