29 years old Palina Jaghatashvili is from Batumi. She has impaired hearing and speech. In 2016 she graduated from College “Black Sea” specializing as cook. She undertook internship at hotel “Hilton Batumi” and was employed as cook there.

Palina Jaghatashvili actively promoted sign language in the period of her study. She formed teams, involved students, graduates, taught basic communication gestures to students specializing in cooking and to volunteers. Currently Palina lives a fulfilled life. She proved by her activity that there are no limited abilities. “Regardless of the fact that I have impaired hearing and use sign language Vocational College “Black Sea” did everything to make me feel comfortable and feel like I was just like anyone else. The College supported all my initiatives and first of all enabled me to assert myself in the society. I would like to express my gratitude to them for everything they did for me.”
