Aleksandre Jejelava, Vice Prime Minister of Georgia and minister of education and science hosted Abuzar Ibrahim, head of Iranian organization - Islamic Culture and Relations.
The organization - Islamic Culture and Relations is a governmental authority in Iran and it is engaged in establishing connections between art and academic circles in foreign countries, promotion of Persian language and literature, dialogue and cooperation with the representatives of various religions and others.
At the meeting, the parties reviewed the most actual issues in the area of education and science of Georgia and Iran and opportunities for developing the future cooperation.
During the visit, the meetings were held with the Minister of Culture of Georgia, State Agency of Religious Affairs and Tbilisi State University.
