Within the framework of the project to Support Development of Healthy Lifestyle Skills in Youth, for the first time in the sport history, Georgian Handball Federation created a training module for sport teachers of public schools. The presentation of the training module was held at Tbilisi No161 Public School.

The sport teachers from various schools attended the presentation and they were met by Lia Gigauri, deputy minister of Education and Science. The deputy minister listened to their concerns, opinions about the new cycle of trainings and introduced the plans elaborated by the Ministry for sport popularization among young people.

The sport teachers were handed with the methodological literature for sport training and the host school received handball balls. Georgian Handball Federation plans the training course for the sport teachers of all regions and also, to organize internal and district school sport activities with handball elements where all interested pupils will be able to participate.
