The Ministry systematically supports the poor families and it will help other vulnerable families to solve the problems and receive the general education. By the initiative of the Ministry, all schoolchildren of the families that are registered in the social care program, will receive the textbooks free of charge.

The National Curriculum that will not change for five years will also support these families. The restriction of the approval of textbooks, also the secondary market establishment will make easier for these families to buy the textbooks.
