The two-day seminar was opened by the Deputy Minister Teimuraz Murghulia with the participation of Hungarian and French international experts in the International Education Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia.
Within a framework of the seminar, together with the representatives of higher education institutions the definition and analysis of needs of the university will be made, in order to define qualification enhancement courses module, plan International Professional Development Programs for the academic and administrative personnel of universities within a framework of “University Support Program”.
The mentioned short-term professional qualification enhancement or/and scholarship programs will enable the employees of academic space to acquire new knowledge (thematic, subjective) and complex skills needed for effective management / administration. The International Center for Education will begin the implementation of these programs with the French and Hungarian partners from September 2017.
Rectors of Georgian higher education institutions and Georgian experts in education sphere also participate in the working process of seminar.
