The fifth jubilee international festival of Batumi classical music is opened with the main purpose to discover the future musicians and to promote their talents. This year the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia has been actively involved in the festival and organized the music camp together with the organizers of the festival for the young people interested in music, serving increase of the cultural awareness of young people.
A unique program of art-camp was developed within the frameworks of the festival, that will allow approximately 300 pupils interested in music to attend specially developed innovative music trainings, along with other sports, entertainment and cognitive activities. Every evening, young people will listen to festival concerts and travel to the magic world of music.
The festival was founded in 2013 by famous Georgian pianist, UNESCO Peace Artist, international and state prize laureate - Eliso Bolkvadze.
