Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Mikheil Chkhenkeli met with US Ambassador to Georgia Ian C. Kelly. At the meeting, discussions focused on bilateral productive cooperation in the field of education and science. Particular emphasis was made on the importance of investments made by the US Government and the activities of Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) in Georgia.

At the meeting they also discussed the activities planned in 2018. At the end of the meeting, the parties expressed their desire for enhancement of cooperation.
