The memorial board of the heroes, Kakhaber Tavgorashvili and Vakhtang Gzirishvili, died in Russian-Georgian war was opened in Rustavi public school №7. The Deputy Minister, Nodar Surguladze and other guests attended the opening ceremony. They visited the school chapel and the board “The Country Will Never Forget Their Names”.

Kakhaber Tavgorashvili studied at Rustavi public school №7 in 1991-1994 years and Vakhtang Gzirishvili in 2001-2006. Kakhaber Tavgorashvili was sent in Tskhinvali region on August 7, 2008. He was died on August 8 during the artillery bombing of the positions. Vakhtang Gzirishvili fought in Tskhinvali region too.  He died on August 8, during military operations. Both of them were awarded with Vakhtang Gorgasali I quality medal after death.

The schoolchildren of Rustavi public school №7 carried out literary event in the framework of opening ceremony of the board.
