An updated basic level hourly grid project

In accordance with the national curriculum alteration, changes
were made to the hourly grid at the basic level of the Georgian and
non-Georgian schools. Namely, a new subject was added, an independent block of
elective subjects, teaching of civil education and mathematics has been
enhanced, in conjunction with changing the overall format for the teaching of
natural sciences.
