Organized by the Vocational Education Development Department, a coordination meeting of all the international donor organizations, who are currently working in the field of vocational education in Georgia, was held at the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia. In particular, the European Union delegation to Georgia, the Millennium Challenge Account Georgia (MCA), the German International Cooperation Society (GIZ), UNDP, the World Bank (WB) and other organizations attended the meeting. The representatives of the department spoke about the activities carried out by the Ministry in the first quarter of 2018, and introduced further plans to the attendees.

Moreover, the representatives of the partner international organizations presented the status of the ongoing projects and future prospects.

For the successful implementation of the Vocational Education Reform in Georgia, it is important to ensure the timely coordination of various activities with the partner international organizations. Therefore, quarterly meetings facilitate the information sharing and an optimal distribution of numerous resources to achieve desired results.
