The Minister of Education and Science of Georgia - Mikheil Chkhenkeli held a meeting with the Chairman of the Advisory Board of the International Association of University Presidents – Inan Galaal and discussed existing challenges in higher education. 

Mikheil Chkhenkeli talked about the new initiative of the Ministry, which envisions the recreation of a student accommodation facility for a mere 3000 students, which will serve the students of both public and private universities. According to the Minister himself, it is vitally important to provide students with comfortable housing. This is one of the main concerns of the Ministry.
