Mikheil Chkhenkeli - Minister of Education and Science of Georgia held an introductory meeting, where he discussed the general educaton plans to the teachers, heads of the resource centers and school principals of Adjara Municipalities.

The Minister spoke explicitely regarding the training schemes and the professional development of teachers.

Mikheil Chkhenkeli introduced a thought-oriented project "Eureka" for the teachers, which increases the level of learning and converges the university with schools.

Towards the end of the meeting, the Minister talked about the concept of safe school and the main challenges in this regard. He emphasized the draft law developed by the Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
