Due to agreement reached between the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, and the Embassy of Hungary to Georgia, the parties have organized a presentation of several alterations to the bilateral educational program, which enhances the scholarship quota for Hungarian students in Georgian universities.
Additionally, the amended bilateral cooperation aims at deepening the research collaboration between the two countries in conjunction with expanding scientific relations and co-creating joint exchange programs with the Ministry of Human Resources of Hungary.
According to the agreement, during the 2017-2020 academic year, the Hungarian side offers 80 Georgian students full scholarships in any field, including natural sciences, mathematics and biology, engineering and technology. As well as in social sciences, psychology, agriculture, medical, health sciences, sports and art.
