Georgia and Hungary signed a memorandum of cooperation in the field of sports

The Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia and the Ministry of Human Resources of Hungary within the framework of the Council of Europe Sports Ministerial.

The memorandum was signed by the deputy minister of Georgia - Shalva Gogoladze, and the Hungarian side was represented by the State Minister for Sports Issues - Tutu Saba. The workshop was arranged to mark the future cooperation plans.

The Memorandum envisages cooperation on the following issues: holding joint preparatory meetings in different types of sports, promotion of cooperation between sports organizations in both countries, promotion of NGOs in the sport industry and their development in case of their absence, in conjunction with sharing the responsibility to conduct paraolympic events.

In the Memorandum signed between the Georgian and Hungarian sides, there is a significant role in the regards of youth development and the exchange of knowledge and information on the latest trends and technologies.
