Awareness of the Dual Vocational Education and the necessity of business involvement in this process was the main topic of the conference organized by the Georgian Chamber of Commerce, which was held within the framework of the project "Dual Vocational Education Coordination Council". The conference was held at the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Georgia. Irina Abuladze talked about the important innovations that dual vocational education offers, in conjunction with the development in regard to involving the private sector in the entire process.
According to Irina Abuladze, the work-based training is one of the priorities of the Ministry and it is planned to further strengthen the platform within the scope on the planned reform. According to her, vocational students, in addition to passing practice in the enterprise, should be given more opportunity to get quality education in order to be able to work better and faster and in compliance with the modern labor market standards.
