The Inspection Service of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia regularly conducts the inspection of the teaching/learning activities at different educational institutions of Georgia for the purpose sustaining a high level of teaching level and environment.

As for the Public-School No. 6, located in Zugdidi, the inspection process was carried out on the basis of a citizen's application from 9 November to 15 November.

As a result of the inspection, grave disorders were found in the administrative, financial and sanitary-hygienic functions of the institution. Taking into consideration the existing procedure, the report on the violations was sent to the Board of Trustees for further reaction. The Council did not take decision on the dismissal of the school principal - Ia Kerzaia and she as of the moment still remains the school principal.

As for specific violations that were revealed, it needs to be mentioned that the school's property is transferred to third party assessment, who are in charge of auditing based on ilicit activities carried out inside the school.
