The head of the "Children and Youth National Center" Giga Gabelaia summed up the activities carried out by the Center in 2018 and talked about the development of youth education, employment and professional development opportunities, the introduction of healthy lifestyle and the support of teenagers with special educational needs.
Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia, Natia Zedginidze evaluated the activities of the Center. She called upon the important projects within the state's youth policy, which positively influenced the future generation consciousness and self-consciousness. Finally, Natia Zedginidze promised to support the "Children and Youth National Center" in the implementation of the planned programs.
During the year 2018, the Center developed 15 educational trainings, seven large youth camps and "Youth Festival - 2018". More than 110,000 participants were involved in projects, and up to 500 young people were employed in camps.
