The summarizing conference was held by the Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport, Irina Abuladze at Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation and German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) joint program "Rustaveli-DAAD".

38 applications were submitted within the grant competition of "Rustaveli-DAAD" program of 2018, of which 18 projects have been selected for funding by the Georgian and German experts.

The winners of the summarizing event presented their presentations consisting of the activities carried out during the research internship and the results obtained in Germany.

The goal of the SCP is to support the creation of a scientific network, development of research and attract young scientists and PhD students, integrating them into international educational and scientific field, in conjunction with deepening the scientific cooperation.
