Irina Abuladze, the Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia is visiting San Diego State University based on the invitation of the American colleagues.

Within the visit framework, Irina Abuladze attended the inauguration of the first president of San Diego University Adela de la Torre. At the event, President De la Torre, together with Ilia State University Rector - Giga Zedania and f Tbilisi State University Rector - Gia Sharvashidze signed agreements aimed at continuing cooperation with San Diego University after the end of the second compact of the Millennium Challenge Corporation.
