The Big Idea Challenge enables contestants from Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan to share their innovative ideas with the general public around the world. The contest is of video nature and based on it more than 300 projects have been created specifically for the competition, including 53 from Georgia.
The competition covered three categories: digital technologies, social influence and creative ideas. Three projects from each category were selected for the final. At the final event, 9 winners from each of the final projects were identified in each category. Three of the winners were named "Country Champions".

The winners of each category will receive mentor and marketer assistance packages to develop their ideas. The champion of the country has been given a cash prize and will be able to take part in a meeting in Britain, namely Oxford, where the final winner of the seven countries will be named World Champion.
