Meetings with the representatives of the government were held in Kharagauli municipality

Giorgi Vashakidze, Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia, together with the government representatives have met with the local population of Zvare, Vardzia, Kharagauli municipality.
During
the meeting, Giorgi Vashakidze briefed the population on all the important news
in the field of education and answered their questions regarding the increase
of salaries of teachers and school administration, whilst informing them that
all schools will be equipped with Wifi, amongst other important topics.
The Deputy Minister personally visited the rural schools and became interested in the needs of these schools. Problems have been identified mainly in terms of school infrastructure.
This year, Kharagauli Municipality allocated 410 000 GEL for school infrastructure, which was distributed to ten schools and the Municipal Development Fund is already carrying out the renovation works. It is important to mention that the design and construction of Kitchi public school for 150 children has already started (cost 2 470 043 GEL).
