The Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia, Tamar Kitiashvili, together with the representatives of the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ), summarized the activities carried out within the framework of the Vocational Education Information Campaign.

The one-month information campaign was carried out by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia with the support of the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ), which aimed to provide the broader public with information on the educational services currently provided by vocational education.

Information meetings were held at vocational educational institutions in seven different cities, led by veteran rugby players - Lekso Gugava and Nodar Andguladze. Rugby players have shared their success stories and information on different vocations with more than 800 students, who are now planning their own future.

At the closing event, the Deputy Minister emphasized the importance of public-private partnerships and thanked the private sector for the engagement: “It is precisely the initiatives and involvement of the private sector that make the system a success. Consequently, we must work together to find ways to further enhance the quality of our system so that our graduates can compete in both national and international markets. ”
