The Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Georgia, Mikheil Chkhenkeli participates in the World Education Forum, held in London.

Within the scope of the forum, the Minister held a introductory meeting with the management of "Portsmouth College", one of the most famous shipping schools in Great Britain, where the sides discussed possibilities of multilateral cooperation.

The parties agreed to start an active cooperation with Batumi State Maritime Academy and Poti Vocational Education Center. Future partner organizations will share experiences with each other and work on various joint projects. Numerous exchange programs will be implemented within the framework of the aformentioned cooperation.

Notably, Portsmouth College is a UK public vocational school known for its high-tech learning environment and its graduates are distinguished by high academic achievement.
