The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia and the Sairme Academy of Tourism and Gastronomy are announcing the registration for the short-term vocational training program - "Hotel Room Management".
The program is designed based on the experience of the Swiss School of Hospitality SHL and will be implemented with the support of leading companies in the field, the United Nations World Tourism Organization, and other international partners.
Graduates of the program will receive an international certificate recognized by the Georgian and Swiss School of Hospitality SHL. The short-term program is funded by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia.
Registration for the program is possible until June 16 on the following website: www.vet.emis.ge. The course will start as soon as the registration is completed and will last for 18 weeks.
Given the situation in the country, the theoretical component of the program will be implemented in a remote mode, whereas the practical side will be hosted by Sairme hotel.
Sairme Academy of Tourism and Gastronomy was established last year in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia and the United Nations World Tourism Organization, and acts as a regional hub.
The academy trains 200 people a year, including citizens from neighboring countries, who are employed in the field of tourism.
