The President of Georgia, Salome Zurabishvili awarded the famous musician, composer, researcher, and publisher of Georgian records in various archives around the world, and the founder of the ensembles "Rustavi" and "Martve" - Anzor Erkomaishvili with the Order of Excellence. The event was attended by the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia, Mikheil Chkhenkeli.

Anzor Erkomaishvili was awarded with the State Award for his outstanding contribution to the development and popularization of Georgian choral music, folklore, for his fruitful pedagogical, public work and outstanding service to the country in the village of Atsana, Lanchkhuti Municipality.

After the award ceremony, a concert was held for the guests and the local population, in which the folk ensembles "Rustavi", "Shavnabada", "Mkhedrebi", "Mikaberidze family", "Trio Khelkhvavi" participated.
