Ekaterine Dgebuadze, First Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia visited Tbilisi №2, №4, №5 and №47 public schools, got acquainted with the educational process and assessed the safety measures taken by the schools to prevent the spread of the virus.
Ekaterine Dgebuadze noted that the monitoring of schools by the special method developed in the conditions of the pandemic will be continued systematically by both the Ministry and the resource centers, and if necessary, schools will be given additional recommendations to ensure proper sanitation.
It is noteworthy that during the week dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Russian occupation, several cultural activities were carried out in general education institutions in the 2nd and 4th public schools. Among them, students participated in virtual tours of museums, held mini-lectures and an exhibition of posters created by students, screenings, and various panel discussions.
