Owing to the decision made by the Coordinating Council, the educational process in the general education institutions will be resumed on May 13.

Schools are fully prepared to start the teaching process. Compulsory testing of teachers and faculty members across the country is being carried out intensively.

The general testing program, fully provided by the state, includes all general education institutions, including the first experimental public school in Tbilisi, where the next testing procedure was conducted today by the representatives of the Scientific Practical Centre for Infectious Diseases, AIDS and Clinical Immunology under the supervision of the Ministry.

The school is being tested by teachers, resource officers, administration and technical staff, using the PCR technology and COVID-19 rapid tests.
