The Minister of Education and Science of Georgia, Mikheil Chkhenkeli, who paid a working visit to Baku, was hosted by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.

The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan drew attention to his working visit to Georgia on October 24 of this year, during which he was hosted by the Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Gharibashvili. According to Ilham Aliyev, he had the opportunity to discuss with the head of the government of Georgia all the important issues that will further deepen the existing cooperation between the countries.
Mikheil Chkhenkeli express his gratitude to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan for his hospitality and assessed Ilham Aliyev's visit to Georgia as a historical event.
