Adelina Chanturia, who lives in the orphanage of Kojori, will continue studying in the private school-lyceum “Mtsignobartukhutsesi” in the 12th form in the scope of the program, initiated by MES. Minister personally took the girl in the new school and presented her with the personal computer.
Adelina Chanturia is from the vulnerable family. She lives in the orphanage together with her sister and brother. She is an excellent student. From now on, the management of the private school will care for her education. She will be supported with all necessary conditions for studying. If Adelina becomes a student the school will cover the tuition fee. Bank account will be opened as well. The school will find sponsors for her. If she successfully graduates from the higher educational institution, she will be also provided with the flat.
The school carries out this charity in the framework of the new project of MES. The project gives the opportunity of studying in the private schools free of charge to the school children who won in the National School Olympiads as well as the talented and successful children from the vulnerable families.
“Mtsignobartukhutsesi” was one of the first private schools who responded to the initiative of MES. The school will admit five successful school children of different Tbilisi public schools together with Adelina Chanturia. These children will be able to study free of charge.
