English Language Teachers Continue to Arrive to Georgia
In the scope of the program Teach And Learn With Georgia, 7th group of English language volunteer teachers arrived to Georgia. They will be distributed in Samtskhe-Javakheti region in order to teach the local schoolchildren English language.
In the frame of the program, foreign teachers have already launched teaching in the Public Schools of Adjara, Guria, Samegrelo, Imereti, Rustavi and Tbilisi.
In order to strengthen English language teaching, MES has been implementing the program Teach And Learn With Georgia since July, 2010. The program envisages recruiting 1,000 volunteer teachers by the end of the year. Number of the teachers will be increased in the next years.
Teachers have already integrated in the society. They live in the local families free of charge. English language teachers will serve as the Goodwill Ambassadors of Georgia after finishing the project.
